Comment: We had a lovely dinner at the "soft opening" Saturday. I have never had a better pizza than the fig jam/prosciutto pizza. The flavor combination was excellent, the proscuitto melted in my mouth like butter, and the pizza crust was firm, smokey and perfect. The tiramisu was fresh, not soggy - and the cream filling was smooth and rich, terrific! Good luck and we will be back soon!

We have tried numerous Italian restaurants in the GR area seeking something close to the food we fell in love with in Italy. We were more than delighted with everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Spectacular! Buonissimo!!! We are excited to go back again and again and again. If you are looking for the closest thing to real authentic Italian food in West Michigan, this is the place and at a good price!

Comment: My husband and I visited Amore tonight for the first time. We live close by and had heard good things about the restaurant. We were very pleased with both the food and the experience. Service was excellent, and we even had a nice chat with one of the owners (who made our dessert complimentary!) We would recommend it highly.

Comment: We celebrated my granddaughter's First Communion on Sunday and went to Amore for an early dinner afterwards. The food and service were incredible. Jenna made the cutest veggie and fruit "faces" for an antipasta course just for the kids...they absolutely loved it! We lived in Italy for 8 years and this is the real deal - people who love food and love their customers. They even gave our granddaughter a bouquet of balloons to celebrate the occasion! When asked by our server if he like the restaurant, our grandson (6 years old)announced that "I don't like it...I LOVE it!" AND SO DO WE! Mille gratzie to Jenna, Maurizio and staff. You made a very special day even more special for all of us!

Comment: Hi I was visiting a friend in the Grand Rapids area recently and we were driving down the road and saw this nice looking italian resturant. Stopped in and the wonders began. what a great place and a warm atmosphere Austin was our server and he was great, he overheard us talking about not seeing each other in 18 years and he brought out a very special dessert with little hearts made out of raspberry sauce and some chocolate mouse with blueberries. It just made the night perfect HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Comment: We went there for our anniversary on 12/28 and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was awesome as well. We were unsure on a wine and the server allowed us to taste test two to decide which one we wanted to order. Spiedini was amazing and so yummy! The Ravioli Di Nutella probably made me gain 5 lbs but it was soooo worth it! Hubby was impressed with the nice touch of the "adult chocolate milk" as he dubbed it :) We will definitely be back!

Eight of us had a great time with your remarkable authentic Italian menu.Perfect in every way,except that the Italian ice served for dessert-lemon- was nothing but ice.it should not have been served at all. However, with that one complaint out of the way,the rest of the meal was magic.I'll be back again and again. I'll miss your not being open for lunch but then again how else are the Golden Arches going to survive. BRAVO!!!!
